Neat, I went to gifworks and I liked it.  I will need to read it more closely to figure out what to do but this looks like fun. ;D |

It's not the easiest to figure out, but at the same time it is. Like that made sense ;D.
If you look up at the top of the page in blue, right next to where it says home, click on Free On-line Gif e-tools. It will take you to another page, than on that page Just look at the top, and you will see file, edit, view.... Just click on file, than choose file open, than it will take you to a upload page, upload your image, than click on Edit at the top of the page, than choose resize/crop. Put in your numbers and that's pretty much it.
