areyou having problems with some of the forums not loading. Do you have an excelerator program as part of your dial up front end package(i.e.: Does your provider now state something to effect of "Surf the web up to 5 times faster". if so then it could be an issue with your excelerator. The excelerator will "store" frequently visited sites on your puter tomake them load faster as well as reduce the quality of some pics. When a site is "stored" on your puter and it is loading from there as well as refreshing from the web it can cause conflicts on some(will not go into specifics on active server page and non active and php etc.) web sites. If so try turning off the excelerator and going to the site and that should refresh for you(forum sites have been known to cause problems with excelerators). You can also try to do a hard refresh. you should have a refresh button on your browser. usually looks like 2 green arrows in a circular pattern at the top tool bar. Hold the control key and click that refresh button. that will do a hard refresh(as in a complete non cashed refresh).
If you need any additional help just let me know. thanks.

who is your internet provider. some have it integrated into their front end software. Some have a standalone excelerator. You can always call your ISP and ask them if you have an excelerator as part of your software package. and if so how do you get to the setting of the excelerator.
