There is a pregnant cat living under my trailor now...she's friendly and seems to want to stick around so we put a collar on her and took her to the vet...turns out she's pregnant what should I do? I really like this cat and she's not even intimidated by the hell hound who loves chassing small furry animals.

Can you make a temp shelter for her either under the trailer or in the trailer? If she's friendly, you won't have as much problem when she delivers. Feral & fearful cats in labor are a force to be reckoned with. Maybe you can slowly introduce her to your dog, I've gotten full size dogs that loved to chase cats finally accept a new cat as a member of the family & not something to harass. Good Luck, kittens are so darn cute.

I'm thinking I will bring her in right before she gives birth (if I can) to my spare room and keep her and the kittens safe there. So the hound can't bother them. She's a sweet cat and is even trying to befriend the dog. She needs flea medicine really bad, but I'm afraid to put any on her if she's pregnaunt---its jsut that she's itchign herself raw and I feel bad for her. I put bacitracion on her hot spots to help but I really need to get the fleas taken care of.
