Donny's Pickled Beets:
2 cups White Vinegar 2 cups Water 2 cups Sugar 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Allspice 1 teaspoon whole cloves
peel beets, slice, quarter etc. Make brine (above) Boil beets in brine 10 minutes pack in jars, seal and let cool.
