3 cups corn or rice cereal squares 2 cups of oyster crackers 1 package (5 ounces) bagel chips broken in half 1 cup of pistachio nuts 2 Tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese a quarter cup (half a stick) butter, melted 1 package (1 ounce)dry ranch salad dressing mix half a teaspoon of garlic powder
1.) Combine cereal, crackers, bagel chips, nuts, and parmesan cheese in crock-pot; mix gently.
2.) Combine butter, salad dressing mix and garlic powder in small bowl. Pour over cereal mixture; toss lightly to coat. Cover; cook on low 3 hours.
3.) Remove cover; stir gently, cook uncovered 30 minutes. makes about 9 and a half cups of snack mix
