I am passing on something a few of my older customers have told me about rabbit repelling. We sell a variety of chemical & 'natural' repellents-all of them rather expensive but the old timers claim medicated body &/or baby powder works quite well. Just the cheap stuff from the Dollar Tree or 99 cent store is fine. Sprinkle generously around whatever plants you want to protect and reapply after heavy rain. I can't vouch for the effectiveness since I had no rabbits in AR and they can't make it to my second story balcony but I wanted to share the tip in case you're dealing with ravenous bunnies.

I need to pass this onto a friend of mine. She is going crazy building fences and stuff to keep them out.

I'll give this a try. Thanks! I'm not sure the chewed up leaves are from rabbits, but maybe the powder will repel other critters, too.
