Pina Colada Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (canned & drained)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
I made this and it is awesome. Very much like the Red Lobster sauce served with their coconut shrimp.
I also found it's very good with fried chicken strips.
Next time I'm going to experiment by putting a 1/8 cup of cream of coconut(not coconut milk) in for a more coconutty flavor.
