We already have 2 peach trees, 2 apple trees, 10 blueberry bushes, 2 raspberry bushes, 1 blackberry bush and horseradish.
Dh also started a mini vineyard 2 years ago of about 10 grape/muscadine plants for his winemaking.
We are going to start a new asparagus bed since the old one wasn't started out right.
For new plantings of veggies & herbs we will have
green beans
potatoes
carrots
3-4 kinds of lettuce
green peppers
cabbage
spinach
2-3 kinds of sweet corn
5 tomatoes
brussell sprouts
brocolli
basil
garlic
2 kinds of onions
2 kinds of beets
squash
sunflowers
peas
sugar peas
radishes
eggplant
I would like to add rhubarb since DH loves rhubarb pies but it won't grow here.
Anyone else planning their gardens?
