In the last few days we have feasted on our homegrown lettuce thinnings and our first asparagus!

We have harvested our first crop of red beets. They are sooo yummy!
DH also is eating on his first radishes. No thanks.

This past week I have gotten tons more of beets. Quarts of blackberries and raspberries. More lettuce, radishes, spinach and tomatoes. Tomorrow we are picking our first big batch of green beans. I will be blanching in the afternoon!
